Country Manager Operations, Sweden
About the role
Country Manager Operations has the overall responsibility for the three factory operations in Sweden located in Bredaryd, Mosås and Perstorp with, in total, approximately 50 employees. The three factories are led by site managers who report to the Country Manager. Also, the technical manager and the quality manager report to the role. Country Manager Operations, Sweden reports to Operations Director, Kekkilä-BVB, placed in Finland.
Recently, the Swedish factories have been subject to major investments to enable modern, efficient and sustainable production. The main objectives for the Country Manager Operations are to ensure the fulfilment of growth plan and improve operational efficiency. In addition, the role is also responsible for volumes, quality and on time deliveries as well as net working capital steering in own area. Safety and sustainability procedures always have the highest priority.

As Country Manager Operations you must be prepared to travel frequently, mainly to the three factories. Location at our office in Örebro is preferable.
Our candidate holds a relevant academic degree and has an industrial background with experience from production plant management including production, maintenance and warehouse sections. Experience from the horticultural business area is a merit as well as knowledge of Lean principles and Swedish labour law. Fluency in both Swedish and English are required.
You are a dedicated, coaching and available leader with strong interpersonal skills. You also have a strong drive and an ability to motivate your staff to perform with both will and commitment. With many stakeholders both locally in Sweden and at other units within Kekkilä-BVB, you find it easy to relate to and cope with different personalities and cultures.
