We are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to our client Kekkilä-BVB to work in the customer service team in Vantaa, Finland.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are responsible for order processing, customer service, and the preparation and management of export documents. In addition, the day-to-day work involves answering inquiries from foreign customers. Your responsibilities are also securing production schedules from factories and arranging shipments together with logistics coordinators. The working language is mainly English and Spanish. You work closely with customers, sales, and production.

Main skills needed in the position:
• You are a great customer service representative, and you have experience in customer service via email and phone
• Your written and oral expression in Spanish and in English is fluent, proficiency in Finnish and other language skills (eg. Swedish, German, French) are considered an advantage
• You have good IT skills and above all, you are ready to learn new things and systems
• You are not afraid to work independently and, in a hurry, and you manage fast-changing situations
• You have excellent organizational and prioritization skills

We also value experience in export operations, invoicing, the use of ERP and/or CRM systems, and general knowledge of the logistics industry. The most important thing, however, is the willingness to develop and an enthusiastic attitude.
