Nynke Arntzen to speak about sustainable packaging developments at the GROW21 festival

How can packaging contribute to a more sustainable sector and how to overcome packaging dilemmas?

Day 3 of the GROW21 festival focuses on future growing and digs into the changes driven by climate change on food production, distribution and consumption.

Nynke Arntzen works as a sustainable packaging expert at the Netherlands Institute for Sustainable Packaging (KIDV). An increasing number of companies want to make their packaging more sustainable, because they see the importance and the opportunities of a circular economy for packaging material.

This is why the KIDV advises and inspires companies with practical advice, offering factual knowledge and tools based on scientific research. In the past six years, Nynke Arntzen has built tools and supported companies to achieve a more sustainable packaging value chain.

During her keynote at GROW21, Arntzen will provide insight in current developments in the field of packaging. She will look at trends in packaging and sustainability dilemmas companies are facing. By providing examples of sustainable packaging initiatives and collaborations she’ll provide insight in how to approach sustainable packaging.

Nynke Arntzen’s keynote will take place online on Thursday Feb 11 2021. Check the full festival agenda and register for the sessions at www.Kekkila-BVB.com/GrowFestival
